1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

  • Digital guides or resources

Because digital products are instantly delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you.

2. Physical Products (Printify/Printful/KDP Items)

Physical items may include:

  • Journals or books shipped through Amazon KDP
  • Apparel or accessories printed through Printify/Printful
  • Mugs, tumblers, phone cases, canvas prints, etc.

These items are made-to-order, so returns are handled differently.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We gladly replace items that arrive:

  • damaged,
  • misprinted,
  • incorrect,
  • or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • clear photos of the issue,
  • a brief description of the problem.

We will work with our printing partner to send a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Incorrect Size, Color, or Item You Ordered

Because items are custom-made after your purchase:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or product chosen by the customer.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:
